Typical scam, really nice pics and low quotes. The syntax is another dead give away, though this one particular ad actually did a good job there. I usually can tell by the time we're texting that it's a scam, so just for fun, I always keep it going until they ask for the deposit, which they always do at some point before they have to give you a room number. Then I comfortably text from my couch or desk, which I never left, wishing them a great day in Sri Lanka or wherever the hell they really are.

I usually take a pic of the motel and tell them I'm near it-- yeah, like near the photo on my computer. Then I ask for room number. When I get the ole "I need a deposit", I inform them at some point that I never left the house! LOL Sometimes when they ask for a deposit, I screenshot some bills on the internet and send that to them and man, do they get mad! LOL.
