This is correct. The side takes a 15% commission directly from the provider. Note there are non-pro cuddlers as well there which you don't have to pay anything to cuddle but they are much harder to connect with IMO.

From what I understand, once you set the booking through the site and the cuddler accepts it, you pay them directly (whether cash or through an app) during the session, then they pay the commission to the website after the fact.
