Drove to Milin on Milwaukee and a monger was sitting in the car right outside, so I left and drove to sunshine on Irving park. Rang the bell a couple times, knocked and called to no answer of any of them. Went back to Milin and another monger was sitting in his car right outside. Then I went home.

You didn't miss anything at Milin, unless you've already been there, know what to expect and have some kind of rapport with a provider there. Much older providers, 50's and 60's, who will provide L1 though the massage is more on the legit / therapeutic side.

Sunshine is a one provider shop and seems like she makes her own hours, typically evening into the wee hours. Always best to call in advance. She is nice enough, decently attractive and provides all levels.
