And then there is the not violent crime. Over 37,000 catalytic converter thefts reported last year and Ill bet twice that many were swiped. Car has to be towed and replacement can cost thousands. Remember that whenever you are parking on the street anywhere in the city.

Those Spa's you mentioned are the constant hyped up South Side Chinatown Spa's on this site since late Summer. Never been to none of those mentioned. CPD has way too much crime going on Drug Dealers, Gang Problems plus Carjackings happening everywhere now In Lincoln Park by the Zoo, Downtown and Northside. I noticed 1 thing there's way more Spa's now In different area's Irving Park, Belmont and some new ones popping up around Chicago Ave. Y'all can feel free to check out other Spa's besides Chinatown now.

Too bad this thread is getting mostly full of fake posts. It used to be somewhat helpful to get some info prior to visiting a spa. Most of the time now I visit a spa expecting good service but inevitably there is a 40's to 50's dumpy MT in a hole in the wall filthy spa.

I got raided once fucking my ex in an alley in my car. That was like 10 years ago and she didn't want to fuck at her house since parents were there. Cop let us go but then slapped my car with a ticket for parking where it shouldn't be. I didn't contest at all. Just paid the $150 fine. He's an older black guy and I was dating this black girl living at 95th back then. Very highly suspect that he might've thought she was a prostitute but heck, we still got let go. Unless the cop is in the room when the monger says, "yes, I'll give $300 for sex" he's not getting arrested. This is just a stupid and exhausting thread. The most that will happen is that a cop will go undercover, the girl will somehow say she wants $$ for sex (she won't because they're smarter than that) and then the girl will be arrested and the place will get shut down until it re-opens. The only thing the FBI would be concerned with is trafficking, so unless any of you boys are transporting ladies against their will your chance of getting arrested are pretty low. Even if they busted into the room with you banging a girl silly, unless they see money changing hands, it's just two people having sex. I'm not saying CPD doesn't care, but as long as there is no trouble in the place and nothing outside to bother / offend neighbors / citizens, then this is probably lower on the priority chart than, say, carjackings, store robberies. I think the tldr of this is "This is labelled as a victimless crimes, as long as nobody is getting hurt or forced against their will and generally don't cause problems CPD considers this very Very low priority and in most cases leave them alone. ".

Maybe they flipped them? Maybe they presented them with all the evidence they had against the owners or operators of the shop and said "you can either get charged and go to jail or work for us and reopen like business as usual and help us ensnare as many customers and your associates as possible. " That's what I'd do. You know what's good? 50 arrests. You know what's great? 500 arrests. You know what makes national headlines? 5000 arrests. That also takes lots of time and patience.
