I've literally had the same idea before but when you think about it more, the risks are apparent:

Exactly. Plus, RL is across street from Tokyo just over the bridge. Nothing has happened to RL since their June 2022 bust. 18 months and counting. If they want to do something, wouldn't they have done so already. Stop the hate and fear mongering. Plus the poster said they passed the inspection which means the next inspection is not for another few months, so it's actually even safer to go now as inspection is not done on a daily basis. RL is a different story, but there is nothing wrong or illegal with getting a massage at Tokyo or any of the spas that are licensed.

Big difference between Japanese and Chinese. Japanese can enter the US with just a travel authorization, while Chinese need a visa. You can google yourself. Chinese make up the 4th largest nationals in crossing the Mexican border. It's virtually impossible for a Chinese girl in her early 20's to get a visa.
