Golden Sun Head Spa in Suwanee. Stopped in and said hi, did not get any service, looks like a legit spot that is right next door to Starlight. Even looks like ladies go back and forth. Older ladies that I saw.

New Life Massage in Duluth. Again stopped in to check out but didn't get a massage. Fairly attractive lady at front desk. Place really looks like a legit spa. On Pleasant Hill near PIB.

Royal Massage and Spa in Tucker. In Publix shopping center on Lavista and Briarcliff. Still being built out and hasn't opened yet.

Good to see new spots opening again.

It's called Head Spa? Are they referring to their services offered? Exactly what I've been looking for. Haha.

Not sure how you missed it but there has been extensive discussion on this subject in the past few weeks. Check out the post two posts down from yours if you haven't already for your answer.

Seems like Sunny Day's landlord was able to land a national tenant which is very much preferable (more profitable, more stable) to a local retailer. Combine that with the fact that the squeeze is on in Cobb County and the incentives to let Sunny Day go are obvious. A lot of landlords were locked in at much lower annual increases (on five year leases) before inflation ramped up so it's trivial for them to dedemand a big increase in rent. Especially when you have a better tenant waiting in the wings.

Wondered what was up when they didn't answer phone or respond to text as they had previously. Sunny Day Spa down Johnson Ferry closed about the same time, although Kelly said they were increasing the rent too much, while others said the landlord wanted the space for a new tenant that needed more space. Sisi also just closed over by the Big Chicken. Not sure if there's some connection, or suddenly every landlord is jacking up rents. Seems a bit suspicious and coincidental to me.

You don't happen to have WeChat of Cici (I believe that was her name?) She's the skinny and short girl there that has a smokers voice. When I stopped in last time I was surprised to see her. I used to visit her a lot when she was at Great Wall in the infamous triangle. Only got to reconnect once and was going to get her contact info next time I went in.

Had a few good times there in the past but last time I was there a few months ago, it reeked of cigarette smoke. Had to turn and run. Has it been fumigated since then?

My nose is pretty sensitive. I caught a tiny scent of smoke, but no more than a lot of places. Didn't pick up any odor on my clothes.

So. Went to V massage thinking that is where Kelly and Cici from Sunny Day went. I went to the wrong V massage apparently. I did not visit the one off 92 in Acworth. For those interested, the other V did provide a great massage. The nice lady was really great at working out knots, was very attentive to my requests and gave a decent tease. She was the typical older (55 ish) CAMP provider. Normal flat ass but had nice boobs. Overall I rank:

Massage - 7/10.

Looks - 5/10.

Tease / fun - 7/10.

Finish - 6/10.

Sorry I didn't get the name. Would I repeat? Maybe. It was relaxing and fun. Really was a nice experience since I was expecting the SDS ladies.

I was looking for Kelly but guess I went to the wrong V. I'm also interested in where the ladies from iSpa have gone. Any info on them?

Had a pretty good time as well. Sounds like same chick that took care of me. 50-ish, decent rack and pretty good massage. Did not notice any cigarette smoke, however, I tried to sneak in one morning right when they opened (9:30/10:00 or so) and she was running late. A bit awkward walking to the door, finding it locked, then walking back to my car. Especially since there were curious eyes sitting in a car a few suites down.

This was about a month ago, would recommend.

I can't imagine the shop owners seeking out "savvy legal support" when they know it's obvious what's going on, so why make themselves a target of investigation / raid / arrests / IRS audits etc by being uncooperative? Today it's just an AG letter but who knows what the next steps they intend to take are? And you know it's likely there will be more. They aren't just sending letters and then forgetting about it. Got to keep spending our tax monies on protecting the "victims". I'd rather they quietly find another location.....

I certainly understand the difficult and vulnerable position every shop owner is in. However, there are a few additional issues and perspectives:

Collectively, the shops that have been closed represent several million dollars annual revenue (which will totally be lost if those shops are unable to relocate and start-up again) Not sure I agree with 50,100 or more shops just bend over with a submissive "Thank you Ma'am, May I have another?

If you look very carefully at the letters sent to the Property Management Companies (Landlords), there are some serious "Prosecutorial Misconduct Violations" including: Asserting Facts that are not in Evidence, Mischaracterizing Evidence, Interfering with a Defendant's Constitutional Rights and Tortious Interference (for Slandering massage shops that have not been convicted of the crimes alleged to the third party Landlords).

The author of these Landlord letters is a young, inexperienced prosecutor and Atlanta has several attorneys that have successfully obtained financial damages for clients that were harmed by similar inappropriate conduct.

In a perfect world, it would be spectacular to see 25-50 shops band together with "savvy legal support" and teach the kids a few new lessons that weren't taught in law school!
