I'm late for the review, but here goes. I went to Tokyo and I got Judy. I'm guessing she was the only one there due to how fast she got me in and out. Service: 7 out 10 from what I got.

So how much did you spend for the VIP? Was there miscommunication and you actually paid regular price or did she indeed shaft you after you paid what they want for VIP?

819 Is mediocre plus they have an odd smell and the girls I believe sleep there they always look like they just woke up from A nap. Bad parking also busy street people look at you coming out when you leave. If you want A good Massage only and no Sex than go to Sunkiss on Chicago Ave they turned legit and out the Happy Ending business. Now I just this weekend had A good Massage and good Hand-Shake was at West River Spa on Grand. Be careful some of these Spa's do cut actual Massage time and ask to "Turn Over" like 8-10 minutes In. Another option for A good Massage Is Lucky Spa on Western ask for Cherry she always wears A red dress. She only does Hand-Shakes If you ask.

Bro 819 is straight up nasty. I had the extreme displeasure of being invited to shower there for the first time recently--mold mold mold, stickers covering holes in the drywall, sink was putrid, cobwebs everywhere. Fuckin sick.

Tokyo doesn't use outside booking agents like PD does, so the girls' cut is bigger. Plus, the volume at Tokyo is less than PD, so the bigger payout is a way to entice the girls to stay.

My two cents. If you're not interested in FS, I wouldn't bother with FS spots like the ones you've listed. Many reliable L1 and L2 options to choose from in Chicago.
