I'm late for the review, but here goes. I went to Tokyo and I got Judy. I'm guessing she was the only one there due to how fast she got me in and out. 819 Is mediocre plus they have an odd smell and the girls I believe sleep there they always look like they just woke up from A nap. My two cents. If you're not interested in FS, I wouldn't bother with FS spots like the ones you've listed. Many reliable L1 and L2 options to choose from in Chicago.
