Making 10% on your investment of 4 million. Imagine they do two girls to an apartment? 800 k a year. 20% Return on Investment and they are getting citizenships. Fucking the USA twice by not reporting income (not paying taxes) because that money is paid in China before they get to the US and they only report a small but healthy amount of rental income in the US to make it look legit. As you see though, it's not an easy process to wash money. The leg work and running these businesses to look legitimate is a full time job on it's own. Not to mention, you need a credit score and money to begin with to purchase the strip mall etc. That's why the wash rates are around 30-40%. The fee to wash and paying somebody's tax rate at 24%. You wouldn't want to wash with anybody over a tax rate of 24% else you are losing close to 50% of your money once the wash fee gets tacked on after the tax rate as the tax rate goes up to 32% after 24%.

Thanks for the expert insight, facinating! This is the part I have trouble beleaving though, almost every time I visit an AMP I'm the only customer, how much money are they really making? My experice is limited, but I almost exclusivly stick to the reviewed, popular shops, and the only time they're busy is following a glowing review by Ausie. I've had several shops near home or work, driven by all times of day, and seen the parking lot always empty. I stop in once, just a granny by herself.

It seems more logical to me that they use the places to clean cash from foreign investors. I don't doubt the nail salons are used the same way, but I think most AMPs have a girl working every room all day long on paper.
