I was screened probably about 3-4 years ago and haven't used DI's services since then due to circumstances that have nothing to do with them. Does anyone know if they delete you from their system after a certain amount of time? Also, if I want them to delete me, can I request that and would they actually do it?

To screen all I had to do was send an email with nothing written in it except my phone number. The email address they had me send it to didn't look suspicious or questionable at all, just looked like somebody's personal email address.

As another poster says, I was able to get screened very quickly. I know what you mean with the work email though. Only you can decide if you're OK with that.

But, have you even messaged them yet to ask what they want? I thought there was an option to send provider references instead, but Please don't quote me on that. Of course, if they are actually checking those references, then ya. . that's likely to take some time. . .
