Yes I have. The variation of the message I got showed several photos of someone gruesome ly mutilated and a list of relatives of mine they said they would kill if I didn't pay up. Unbeknownst to them was most of the relatives of mine on the list are already dead having passed away from heart disease or other causes. I've read in the forums that others have also received this message. I didn't reply.

I've been tempted to take a trip there but there has been a lot of conflicting reviews. Only question I have is if you can request a certain type like large breast or are you just given whoever is available?
