The site doesn't allow providers to remove or alter reviews directly outside of the provider reporting a review for rule violations if it manages to squeak past the site admins initially. It's the site admin themselves that will block a new report from being posted. To my knowledge they have keywords that get automatically flagged (what they are I'm not fully sure of). The non flagged posts are being deleted by site admins after reports for "trolling" or "being a dick". It's the site that is protecting them and preventing negativity so they seems more welcoming to providers, especially since they've recently started charging about $23 for age verification for newly created accounts (claims to prevent human trafficking).

There is no way around it. But what we can and should all start doing is using the report post button on any post where you see more than 1 female in pictures or see different women in the pictures (since they claim to care deeply about human trafficking) or posts that are obviously fake or break other site rules. I've been personally experimenting on reporting posts and of the 5 I've reported, all 5 profiles have all been banned for site violations relatively swiftly since they use a bot to review and confirm different people in pictures and to review posts for spam / scam keywords. The site doesn't naturally review any of these providers posts unless someone reports them so it's kind of up to us to report, have the account flagged and then blocked.

But the comments. Yeah. That's the site admins.

Yes, EB blocks negative reviews and if the provider reports a bad review, EB will shadow ban or IP ban you.
