Sorry if this is off topic. Some people DM'd me with questions and wanted to share the online process. I get meds online already for other things, so I just googled and found an online doc. My trick for the gate I to use the temple from a pair of glasses. Sunglasses might be too thick plastic, so reading glasses or similar will work.
