It's been my experience that if you pop in less than half the allotted time, they usually try to get you to go again. If you take most of the time for your first pop, a second isn't typically offered. I usually just take my time and go for one good pop, then relax with them when I'm done. But I'm middle-aged and can't always rely on my ability to have a second one. Younger guys should definitely go for that second round. I would more often if I was about 20 years younger.
