It's been my experience that if you pop in less than half the allotted time, they usually try to get you to go again. If you take most of the time for your first pop, a second isn't typically offered. I usually just take my time and go for one good pop, then relax with them when I'm done. So, this is more of an appreciation post. I've only found this guide a couple of months ago. I was able to go back and read to find our what was happening during the purge (rip new day, you massage, MM).
