Your inexperience is definitely showing through.

1. It's not "a shame" at all. . . Because it was NEVER real. You have to learn to really draw a hard and fast line that separates "hope" from reality. In this business, if it sounds or looks too good to be true, you better assume it is. Unless you have $$ to throw away to the scammers.

Seems it was to good, ended up asking for a 50% deposit. Such a random situation though, I'm used to getting random bots adding me for random bullshit. But this one totally threw me off. Yes and when she started prices were similar to an AMP, basically tripled in the last year. So I pulled the trigger on her. Really small space she is in.
