HKPD - $140 you can sometimes buy extras from the girls.

Orange -$150 is lowest I've seen them normally starts at $160.

Archer Perfect Spa - $150-$200 depending on what you want to do to the young woman.

These 3 are all separate businesses they do refer mongers to each other but all 3 owned by separate people from what I'm told from one of the owners.

Very bummed to hear that Ruby is apparently closed. Was in the mood. Tried Tokyo. I called and could not get an answer. So I tried perfect archer.
