I have not had much luck with Google. Bing was better.

However Facecheck. I'd is exceptionally good.

Yep most of the normal image search tools have not been very helpful. They primarily find the exact image and are not designed to match faces. I use a chrome extension that will search a number of sites and every now and then Yandex will find something, but mostly I use facecheck.
