About 20 years ago I was storing an RV on my property for a snowbird, and he told me I could take it out and drive it around or go camping whenever I wanted. This is back in the days when Backpage / Craigslist was the main source for us. I arranged a car date with a girl and rolled up in the RV. She was stoked! In my experience they don't have a place to use because of family (usually kids) or a significant other most of the time. The other times it's because they're homeless.
