Sunny Spa is actually in Withamsville, not Amelia. It is several miles closer to I-275 than the Amelia Cloud place. I have been there four times, and have never received any teasing at all, in fact they keep your junk covered at all times. I have had a single girl work on me as well as a 4 handed massage. Thanks to SlamT for pointing the way to this, though also thereby justifying the renaming it to '7 Sausages' based on subsequent reviews. LOL.

It was quite and low lights when I get there in the lobby. My advice is to take an early or late lunch during the work week instead of going after 5 pm or the weekends.
