My experiences have been $240 for the hour. However - 2 pops is not always guaranteed as it can depend on the specific girl, how busy they are at the moment and also how tired the girl is. So here's my tip: As soon as you're both in the room. Just hand her the standard rate and say "$240 for the hour?" and you'll almost certainly have a good time. If you try and lowball below the standard rate. Then you're not going to get as good of service (if any).

If you don't have a good time with the girl. Chalk it up as just some lost money and go see a different girl the next time. Sometimes two people just aren't going to click together for whatever reason.
