Something like $900 a month, qualifies for 3.5 - 4 hours of play time for that month. Like membership at a racquetball club (with scheduled time slots, etc.). The MMS would keep track of the visits (we could even have time cards, to clock in or clock out) with a 30 minute minimum, to keep the visits legit.

We (as essentially "owners") would need to provide the maintenance, as well (which could earn additional court play time). Lawn mowing, pool cleaning, etc.
