The last time I was there I also got the feeling that it was doing less business than before. It was a cold rainy day so maybe that was keeping everyone away, but I actually got a bit of a discount on services from Emily that day. Mind you, it wasn't much of a discount, but what she charged me was about $20 cheaper than what she often charges. Maybe on days when there aren't any clients they are nervous about quoting prices that are too high.

I suspect this place is perhaps doing less business than it used to or perhaps Kelly is seeing less traffic due to Karly working there.
