I am from another area in the northeast but feel I can offer some insight. She is a little hottie from what I have seen. Where in South Philly? I frequent South Philly often, honestly the whole SP is dead. You got 7th street which has the same 1-2 zombie addict looking girl circling around that area. I've been sticking to a regular in south philly and hadn't been to the Ave in a few months. First I have to say it looks a lot cleaner except the two blocks before and after Allegheny and a few other spots. It was cold though but overall better than recently. At about midnight I spot Nicole just south of castor. I'm not proud but it was deserted so I made the uturn at the dip under the tracks.
