Yes, this is a FS joint. Tried Lisa today. She is decent looking and seems to have good massage skills. I came in for massage, and she was bummed because they were so busy, that she didn't want to take the time to do a massage. Paid $80 house fee, waited 40 min, then she came in and tried to talk me into FS. She said "I give you 30 min massage and HE for another $80. Which I reluctantly did pay, because she was cute and she was highly reviewed on this forum.

It was not worth $180, but was best HE I've ever received. All 20 seconds of it.

If you want, Massage, you have to come before 9 AM she says.

I have been there a few times in the morning on weekends. Great table shower. Lisa spent plenty of time with me. Very unrushed. Very good service.

Building is simple, no doubt, as is the room. Park in the lot of a warehouse you're building, up some non-descript stairs into a non-descript door. Music was on the high end too, but not distracting. Having traveled intentionally a bit, the ambiance doesn't affect me too much as long as it's private and we can hear each other (I like to chat). She left the room as I stripped to nothing. She came back in wearing a sexy robe that quickly found itself off to the side along with the bra. Fit, curvy body and great skin.

Massage begins and she did a great job. I'm a "special" case guy and she got knots out that I didn't know I had. While she was working the back we got to talking and she truly is a student of massage therapy, which you can tell by her list of services. She is passionate about it and takes classes on new techniques including those in the tantric realm. Her jeet kun do approach to massage really worked for me.

Standard finish, but wasn't looking for much on this visit behind a good massage. So the release was bonus. After, yeah, things got cut short pretty quick, but I didn't mind. Time was up and business was done. Plus she got hit up a couple times on the phone while I was on the table, but she let it go focusing on the job at hand. Been interrupted many a time at other places.
