I've been there several times over the years. I guess it all really depends who is working there at the time. Are you referring to Be Happy (Listed on RM as being off NE 24th St at Overlake) or a new place? Joyce is supposed to be the go to lady at Be Happy, but she also reportedly overcharges and / or will make you wait until your second visit for any fun to occur.
