I usually ask to see the girls or have asked for a particular girl if I know who I want. If you don't then they'll just send you back with whoever is available especially if they're busy.

Even then I like to see the girls first because I'm picky like that. Remember it's your $200+ so you should at least be happy with the look.

Yes there are a few non Asian places (mostly Latina) but they generally tend to cost more for the same level of service.
