In my experience, there are usually a couple flights of stairs, particularly PD and HKPD having 2 short flights, and then one full with a turn in the middle. RL is the only apartment type set up that doesn't have stairs, but you might have to walk through a somewhat messy grass trail which could be difficult depending on your disability specifics. PD has a flight of stairs up to the front door, then a small flight (4 or 5) up to the living room area. Then another 3 or so to the kitchen and maybe a dozen to the second floor where the girls are.
