All good, I don't think you're misleading anyone. I was just speaking logistically, from my experience living in this fine city. A couple of your rec's, I just wouldn't want to Uber to, if I were from out of town. More so, if it were in the evening. I just wouldn't be comfortable standing around a couple of those locations, waiting on my Uber to arrive and sticking out like a sore thumb. Spaguy is right, I'm a from out of time and the times I visit AMPs are early so I'm in and out because of my work so take my post with a grain of salt. Tokyo is in a safe enough area. As a matter of fact it's 2-3 blocks down from a police station. It's on a main street, the area is not at all a tourist-why and sits on the edge of Chinatown. As a visitor, I wouldn't go much further from downtown.

I thought Akuma said he was from out of town, so his rec's may apply from an out-of-towner perspective, if you were driving your own car. Otherwise, from a local, Orange is further away from where you are staying and I would probably avoid, considering you're Ubering. It's a more barren stretch of Archer Ave, with shit-else around there. PD is an apartment, not my thing, can't recommend.

You also have a stretch of MPs on Grand Ave, which are decent, in a bit nicer part of town and minutes from where you're staying. Depends what you're looking for though.
