Anyone meet or talk to this one this one? Asked for 700 but then sent me a pic that wasn't a head shot and much heavier than I expected. I think the pics are very old and she is absolutely older then her profile suggests.

No details about the specific SB, but don't worry about them asking to use WhatsApp. A lot of Euros in the States like it because they can send messages via WiFi instead of needing to burn any talk / text on their cellular plans. An SB asking to chat with WhatsApp, Snap, or Telegram isn't what should throw a red flag. It's when they ask you to buy their pictures before they'll consider meeting that should.
