Suppose you are buying from Ebay, and one seller is new with 0 feedback. Another seller has 1,000 feedback, 100.0% positive. Which one has something at stake? If one of them is a scammer, which is it? The 0 feedback guy can make another account with exactly the same feedback. The 1,000 guy wouldn't, he won't scam you in the first place, but even if he wanted to he couldn't! He has too much to lose. He is also probably the ideal person to do business with, sending you tracking numbers, updates, etc. And will make it right if your package was damaged (even when it's not their fault). If you don't use Ebay I guess you'll just have to take my word for it but there's a clear difference between the two sellers.

Once you start being a good seller, it is too hard to stop.
