Yes, we all appreciate input but I don't understand this whole thing if you are new I'm going to scold and school you when you ask a question. Or "for contributing people only". Sure, inform people of the search functions but what is so hard about answering peoples questions. The energy people spend telling someone to use the search function is the same as answering their question.
