The problem remains that it only takes one monger pooping himself to bust the agency. For all we know, cops could have tried to turn 500 guys and only gotten actionable intel from like the 20 ish they referenced in the document. The important part for every guy is to understand that you are a individual in the case. They can't tie others actions to yourself. The only way they can arrest you is if you they have cameras in the room when you do the deed (and even that might be questionable since most of the girls don't even look at the envelope, though it seems like the new J-girls are more like to do it since it's something done in Japan). Don't text explicit stuff and even put in some text about "enjoying the time talking about work" or something for some plausible deniability on your side.

This can't save you from LE going rogue and outing you to your family or something, but you should always be aware what constitutes evidence for arrest. LE going out of their way to out you to your family is a whole different story, and one that may even be a legal case you can push for unlawful activity on their part.

Rebrands, new crews, websites and locations should do the trick. No way human trafficking sticks. All the girls I have seen took this as a job like any other, but this one pays a lot more. My friend is an FBI agent and he confirmed, this reads like a corruption case with FBI saying "look we did a thing" right before election season ramps up. He thinks local PD, politicians, high profile people might face pressure to resign or be exposed, but it's unlikely anything happens with the full black book.

IMHO, it's important to strike a good balance between asserting your rights and avoiding unnecessary confrontation with LE. That's simply because a pissed off cop is more likely to go out of their way to screw with you. You might be 100% correct, but they have 1000 different ways to f*ck with you.

I saw one idea I thought was pretty good. It suggested adopting a faux-confused attitude, as though you don't understand what's going on. Then, because you're so "confused," you tell the cops that you feel like you should talk to a lawyer before talking to them. The "L" word invokes the 6th amendment, which should be a (less confrontational, IMO) trigger for the questioning to stop. If LE persists, continue being "confused" and apologetic, while remaining firm about wanting to talk to an atty first. Just my two-cents' worth.

Most, if not all, of the women on Eros and Tryst are independents. It's harder to make a trafficking case against indies, and "trafficking" is a ready gateway for the feds to get involved.

Also, I don't think these cases are about specifically targeting providers who might have high-profile client lists. It seems to me that the article is simply pointing out what prosecutors are likely to do when such a list falls into their hands.

I know this thread is dedicated to agencies, but I made the point in the News and Media thread that (IMO) independent providers are a safer way to go.

Are APC and BO closed? Or are they operational still and just websites are down? I've seen BO reports on TER posted just yesterday, which makes me think they're still up and running. Maybe they're allowing only limited clients to enter?

I went to this place back in Jan 2022, I didn't have to give them my pii, I got verified from ter and JJ club. I found an old text I sent them.

Usually you don't need to give PII if you a reliable agency to vouch for you. But most OG like DS probably won't take BG JJ or BO as a reference since they are so easy to get in. Also member shouldn't bring post the exact building where these agency are. All we have to do is give out the city name. My guess is fed was digging into the dude that did the fraud COVID relief program and stumble on the agency. Just follow the money.
