Even though we are probably just a minuscule speck in the milw crime scene. I could see them using this:

1) if there was a major crime committed at a location and you were seen multiple times slowly cruising the area.

2) if a task force was created to stop the prostitution and / or drug scene on the streets of Milwaukee.

I think they have bigger fish to fry but the future will definitely be more risky than it is now.
