VA is not a stop and identify state. Cops can ask you for your I'd, but you have no legal obligation to give it to them (UNLESS you are being arrested). You do have to present your I'd if they pull you over, which is why you guys should get into the habit of parking a bit away from the building. Stopping by a nice Barns and Noble or grocery store, somewhere where there's a lot of people before you go to your car is also a good idea. Uncle LEO is not going to watch the entrance to a store for the next 20 minutes, making a point to look at the face of every single person coming out when there's a new target going into the target location. The way they catch people is by seeing you walk out of the suspected building or room, then see which car you get into and then tell one of their colleagues on the road your plate so that they can pull you over for a pretextual stop where you then LEGALLY have to present your I'd.

For those of you not really accustomed to properly STFU when you are questioned, you start by saying you don't answer questions. Don't start by pretending to be cooperative and answer some of the harmless questions, only to stop talking once their line of questioning starts to get dangerous. Nothing more suspicious than someone who's completely willing to talk about the weather or last night's game, but suddenly shuts up about where they were or what they were doing. Your default is not answering any questions. Even when they ask stupid questions like, "do you know why I pulled you over," or "so where are you headed?" you simply tell them you don't answer questions.

Do. Not. Lie. To. Police.

If you tell them you came from one direction but they can prove you came from another, you are done. They can't nail you for lying if you don't answer the question. They will threaten you with arrest, they will tell you they already know what you did, they'll say any number of things to get you to incriminate yourself. Just remember, if they actually have concrete evidence that you committed a crime, they would just outright arrest you, not make you confess before they have you in cuffs and in a cell.

I would like to think that every one of us has already formulated how to respond to a cop stopping us when we leave (either on foot or at a contrived traffic stop). I guess a lot of guys buy into the classic cop extortion lie of "Tell me everything and I'll make sure the judge goes easy on you. " You've got to have the worse-case scenario figured out even before you go to the ATM machine.

Future agencies should include the Shut the fuck up Friday video for all their mongers within the text instructions when they open up again. Imagine how funny that would be, korgs informing mongers of their rights.

Ironically, it was 100% "us" who got them busted. From the report, they had nothing but money laundering until they got the mongers to flip. Dudes straight up admitted to everything as they were walking out and handed over their phones for corroboration LOL. I mean, I get the fact that a lot of mongers are trying to hide cheating, but it's comical to read that report and see how everything is built around the testimony of the mongers. I still don't know why you wouldn't just say that you went there to vent, talk, and cuddle with the girl. Ask them to give you play by play of what happened in room and if they did somehow have evidence, then you can sing to your heart's content. Otherwise, as lawyers will tell you, STFU.

I've been seeing girls in BEG, Boston10, blossom, angels, AG, BO, and a ton of other places the last several weeks consistently multiple times a week and no one has reached out to me. They have all my PI too. I'm not worried, but I told my lawyer just in case.

Something like 20 johns squealed out of the thousands of visits that have taken place over 3 years. It's statistically possible, but then there's also more than just this board after all.

If you don't have a security clearance, then I wouldn't lose any sleep about it. IMO, it's unlikely that any individual client will get dragged into the criminal case. And, even if you do have a clearance, it's likely that your info is at the bottom of a list of hundreds (thousands?) of other clients. Also, considering how long the affidavit is (60 pages!) it must have taken weeks to draft / finalize / approve, which means the evidence that was gathered to support it would come from an even earlier time. The feds might have continued gathering info, but at some point they run into diminishing returns. No guarantees, of course, but being at the bottom of the list, if you're even on it at all, is better than other scenarios. Of course, if you were a regular, with lots of visits and Zelle transactions, your exposure (no pun intended) will be higher.

FWIW, most mongers have screwed up at some point. Hopefully it's not too serious and can serve as a learning experience. Trading PII for access to pussy is a risky proposition. Too risky for me, others can decide for themselves.

Only a matter of time before this all blows over. The owners will likely not face any jail time, at least not for prostitution or human trafficking. Just look at Wikipedia on Prostitution in the US: "Prostitution is illegal in the vast majority of the United States as a result of state laws rather than federal laws". There's no reason for federal agencies, like the DOJ and DHS, to get involved with suspected prostitution, as that's relegated to the state level. So now all they've got is human trafficking. But good luck getting those Korean women to testify. It should be noted that not a single news article mentioned that the authorities took these Asian women in for questioning. When you don't even have your main source of evidence in human trafficking cases (in this case, the women), what else have you got? Not much, so the cases will likely be tossed.

At best, they can probably hit the owners with money laundering or racketeering. So, some jail time is possible. But not much.

New agencies will pop up using different names. Probably run by the same people.

People on the so-called client list are safe. Having your name on a list is not evidence of a crime committed. Even sending text messages discussing payment for sex is not sufficient. They would need to catch you in the act to prove you engaged in prostitution. The agencies are not sting operations. There are no cameras set up inside the apartments.

Rebrands, new crews, websites and locations should do the trick. No way human trafficking sticks. All the girls I have seen took this as a job like any other, but this one pays a lot more. Thinking this has to do with Politics and elections right now. By next year it's going to be all about Fentanyl crisis.
