I was thinking about booking something to this week. Shit. Virginia agencies are officially on ice. Wouldn't be shocked if they never come back either specially certain ones.

It's only BEG and this was out of Boston. Other agencies are NY operations. Hopefully LLVA / SA knows how to go low and it looks like they have an idea.

I noticed that they never mentioned PII stored on the "brothel phones". Wonder if they really did properly dispose of that information like they say they do.

Time for some of you to burn your burners. I never used BEG, but I'm not touching these agencies for a long time.

I'm assuming the multi location, multi state organizations are in the radar, all are being watched.

Reading over the charging document. What stood out is how much information was put in this document. DOJ is / was under no obligation to do that in the charging document. This was done to send a message to all involved. Put it another way the information within that document is likely just the tip of the iceberg and what they were willing to publicly reveal at this time. Scary times indeed.

I swiftly scanned through the document and all the dates reported in it fell on Weekdays. None on Weekends.

Is it because Uncle Sam deep down knows this is a VICTIMLESS crime and there is no need to pay OT for their pigs to work on weekends. ?

Maybe the libs were right after all in asking to Defunding the popo.

They can't arrest you for your information being in the "black book"

They can charge you, publish your name, and waste lots of money in lawyer fees. Possibly lose your job and cause relationship issues. The process is the punishment.

Is an interesting read. I identifies specific escort addresses in Tysons and Fairfax under surveillance, lists the girls on the current BEG webpage, and has text screenshots from handlers to mongers. They have 20 monger insiders helping out with the investigation and they claim to have identified Politicians, Military Officers, and Security Clearance holders.

I know first hand the little dick Federal LE loves to bust other Feds that have dirty hobbies. If I were still a Fed or a Contractor, or Military, would suggest you brush up your resume. Glad now I didn't join BEG.

Those BIG fishes w / multiple locations, across states are going to lay low for now. So if you are really itching, go to local stand alone shops / small fish.

They can't arrest you for your information being in the "black book"; they can only arrest you for being caught directly in the act or explicitly saying it in communication (even this is suspect sometimes). The worry is that your private information being known to law enforcement can allow them to investigate you or potentially even blackmail you. It's unlikely they arrest you because you can't give them anything more than the operation itself in which you have probably only interacted with the girls and a handler. Being a nameless john is a good thing in this situation since you really don't have any pull to be flipped into anything else.

Very rarely do you see customer arrests because LEO isn't super interested in arresting johns, unless there is strong evidence of coerced trafficking, underage girls, or violence on the part of the johns. Again, it's hard to prove, bad for optics, and bad politically so they will usually just shut down the places, pass around some fines (and maybe some jail time) to operators, and sweep it away.

I have to contradict you here. If you are a Fed, Military, or politician this can end you career without a conviction. If they have your PII associated with requesting and acceptation paid sex along with violating human trafficking statutes then your security clearance is gone as well as your career.
