Why is the state of the game so grim in a large city like Philly? I'm a frequent visitor and it often takes hours of research to find a decent looking, fairly sober, and fairly willing provider. The girls on skip the games / lostcrawler (not a typo) are mostly drugged out, missing teeth, splotchy skin, or give off a bad attitude in their ads. I have found it easier to find good providers in much smaller towns / cities, places like Fayetteville, NC or Charlottesville,VA.
