Why is the state of the game so grim in a large city like Philly? I'm a frequent visitor and it often takes hours of research to find a decent looking, fairly sober, and fairly willing provider. 1. Drugs. The number one reason why obviously drugs. 90% of the escorts I've seen openly admit to being addicts now or in the past or it is pretty clear they use when a crack pipe or needles are clearly visible. The other 10% just lie about it or are better at hiding it. I imagine there are a very small minority who don't do any drugs and just do it for the money.

2. Philly is a shithole. No offense to anyone. Just calling it as I see it.
