Well I haven't completed a session but reached out to few ads few weeks back. And here is what I can tell:

In total I think there are few latinas posting but they each post multiple ads. Sometimes different number too. I found the same person responding to 2 or more different ads (different times of the day) and very clearly using random pics. Not their pic and will send some pic for verification. They don't do any FaceTime or video calls. Some get irritated when I ask for a selfie with date or so to verify.

And there was a few that want my pic before giving the room # . I didn't do it.
