Ocean is Saigon from what I know. Saigon has always been that address. Can't write the address but just look it up. I did hear about Saigon changing months ago so it makes sense. There are also options outside of the busy city area. There are dozens of options. It all depends on what you are looking for.

AMP is probably the best way to go, but it might take a few minutes further north of the airport. Imo, the escort scene in Philly is pretty bad. Especially around the airport. There's K Ave for street walkers, but it could take a few hours to find a decent hit.

Just go into Chinatown. Plenty of options around. You may need to find / pay for parking depending on when / where you go, but you can treat yourself to some of the local cuisine afterwards.

But how much can it really cost to run a place like that such that they gave up so quickly before building a reputation that would bring in a regular clientele and a slew of occasional customers?

It seems like the competition is pretty rough even in chinatown with extra menus; unless most offers freebies to keep regulars but that's still mostly YMMV situations where most are not going to take the shots to test the waters unless its something guaranteed.
