She had her real photos up a few hours ago and then all the sudden uploaded fakes. I'm not going to hold this one against her. Learned some more insight of what happened to Takara and her photos. Short summary agency sent the shop her real photos on her twitter they uploaded. Someone back home found them and threatened to send them to her parents and family in some kind of blackmail scheme. There's a scam every 5 seconds in this hobby we got to be understanding somewhat.

It wouldn't surprise me that they upcharge most clients looking for BBFS / cip. If it werent for this forum I wouldn't have known that 100/200 is the standard going rate. When I saw Yoko a few weeks ago (my first time at one of these locations) she was charging me 200 just for BBFS, I told her 200 for cip and she reluctantly said ok. I saw her on her last day so I figured she was probably trying to get some extra cash since she was leaving, but I had a similar experience with Meg, Honoka, and another girl whose name I forgot, they all tried charging me 150 just for BBFS. I've seen Meg 3 times and every time she tries to upcharge me until she realizes that I've been with her before and pay 100/200 (and tip). Like you said, I guess they can charge whatever they want, but if they get accustomed to people paying more than the 100/200 than that kinda sucks for the rest of us.
