I don't think you will see much difference. Its been in effect for some time. Keep in mind this law ONLY applies to the girls, guys can still be arrested.

Walmart parking lot is pretty much dead now. You need to drive north on Stockton blvd and check out the side streets like Patterson Way to the right, Riza Ave to the left. Then to your right is Fowler Ave, SWs usually hang out in front of the 99 plus mart. Also check out the Meridian Family Apartments further down Fowler Ave.

Keep going north, next spot to check is the corner of 48th Ave. Keep going past 47th ave and the next spot to check is Dias Ave on the right. Keep driving up Stockton and the next spot to check is to your left on El Paraiso Ave.

Keep driving north on Stockton blvd and the next spot to check is the shopping center parking lot next to the Parkwest Lotus casino. After that keep driving on Stockton Blvd and check the parking lot of the Goldstar Supermarket on your right.

It's hit and miss though...

Had some time so I cruised around for a bit today. Started over at Watt Ave. Only saw three chubby BSWs out, two behind the KFC and one behind the dollar tree.
