Panasonic g85 is heavy / bulky. Gopro's footage is crappy in low light and you need to get it really up close to fill the screen.

Mountable light is sufficient. Get one that has 96 leds. Good balance between size and light output.

My ideal camera is relatively compact, large sensor, no recording limit, does not overheat quickly, shoots good quality 4 k, and has a foldable front facing screen. If you want to use a light, it should have a cold shoe to mount. Some people like the sony zv-1. Others have used newer smartphones with AI. There are other options depending on your budget. This should be plenty of info to do your own research.
