I don't think that has anything to do with you personally. I never had any interaction with her so she couldn't have blocked me since she doesn't know I exist. So I went to the link you gave and got the 404 can't find that page message. I'm guessing then that your not being able to contact her isn't a problem specific to you. Sometimes these girls drop out briefly and change their names as a way to eliminate some negative feedback they may have gotten.

Purely a guess, but her ad says she REQUIRES everyone to share a picture and their first name before booking with her. Maybe she didn't have that info from you guys and that led to the blocking? Again, just guessing here.
