A few providers are demanding that they only accept payment through eBay gift cards. When I read instructions on an eBay gift card, it clearly states that if someone is asking for payment via eBay gift card, it is a scam. I was wondering if anyone has any experience with this.

Try Thailand. Plenty of info on where the "hottest" places are (like Pattaya on the eastern Gulf Coast) among others.
