Recently visited Chinatown to pick up a few things. Parked on Archer right next to Do Le restaurant (just south of Cermak). So here is how my afternoon went.

Headed to Orange Spa got there I knew they would be busy by the Black SUV and Prius out front and the 3 cars with dudes glaring at the place from the side street. Google shows the location is immediately next door to a food pantry which is open morning through early afternoon, M-F. I swear some of these MMS / PPS have zero common sense. Good detective work. You are partially correct. They didn't renew because the license was under previous owner's name. They registered a new license. The issue was that the city inspector did not give enough notice and just showed up. The owner wasn't there and the girls ran off as they didn't know what was going on.
