Pictures are actually accurate I would go as far as saying Becky might actually look better in person but the horrible service and attitude is a no go for me. I've offended wondered how the business side of this industry works.

Such as the breakdown of who gets what percentage of the "donation. " Does the agency, the booker, and the girl each get 1/3 of the "donation?"

I saw one girl a few weeks ago and I wanted to see her again. I contacted the booker and they said she was not available anymore because her boss didn't want to share her schedule. So, I had to make an appointment with the same girl but with a different booker. I am guessing when the booker said boss, they meant the agency. When I saw the girl for the second time, I asked her why she wasn't with the booker anymore, and she it was because her boss didn't like how much the booker was taking.

Do the agencies have people working in the USA, or are they all located in South Korea? How do the agencies find the Korean girls to come over to America? Why are so many of the girls from South Korea and not other countries such as China, Japan, Thailand, and Vietnam? Not that I care what county the girls come from. I just find it interesting how most of the girls all come from South Korea.

Yeah same. It's pretty interesting to note because it would make all the difference between the booker taking a flat fee consistently per booking (ex. $100) as opposed to a % fee (ex. 30%) which would incentivize both booker / provider to advocate for up-charges. I think % fee has more means to get complicated because what if a client changes their mind on services mid-session. The booker / provider would have to really trust each other I guess. Probably depends on how business has been lately too, who knows.

I joined the game late and was hoping to learn more about the logistics so searched way, way back in the forum. But couldn't find any pertinent info LOL. I asked my buddy who got me into it and he said its been a huge operation for quite some time and it sounded like it was monopolized, at least when it started. Obviously it's in the agency's best interest to have their own bookers, which I believe is how it is structured, at least for the more popular / successful ones. I'm sure they're sourced from back home in SK through visas and the occasional local citizen. It's also in the agencies best interest to work with each other. I was told by someone when you get blacklisted from one agency that its all of them? Providers are very prevalent internationally so I'm sure word of mouth has gotten the industry to where it is now too. I've noticed more talent lately though, maybe someone who has been around longer can comment on how things were back then opposed to now. I think Chinese / Vietnamese agencies operate more out of AMP / homes. K-providers probably have it monopolized since they been in it for so long also. Easier to get apt leases imo. Regardless how its done, salute LOL mad props.
