Whether we met the same provider for last 10 years and whether we have good relationship with them, once you agree to pre-pay for a future visit, just prep your brain to consider as you are making that pre payment as a free Christmas / birthday / etc gift for her and you are not expecting (1-10% positive) her to keep her word.
