Wow, more widespread than I thought. They really have gone down. Sadly, it's simply poor mgt, not so much the girls, I don't think. I stopped donating to the cause months ago. Multiple occasions where I set an appt and then arrive on time just to wait almost an hour. Even the website is almost two months behind on the schedule availability.
