I've seen her a few times. The initial screening was sort of a hassle and I almost passed but we were able to reach a mutually acceptable compromise. Operates out of a private residence so I get why she's screening harder and likely ghosts based on her gut feeling.

Average massage quality for a non-CMT independent. Place is clean and the shower is available. YMMV, but I've enjoyed each session and she's been very open minded.
